PAMA is an exercise group for mature adults, with an age appropriate workout to help keep you active!  During the month of June, PAMA will be walking on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the Fox Valley Mall while Summer Day Camp meets in the Harkness Center. Meet in the parking lot at 9:40 am to car pool. The mall opens at 10:00 am.
